32 year old requesting cosmetic improvement of abdominal area after having three children. She has excess skin and stretch marks of the abdominal wall extending above the level of the belly-button. She underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening. The abdomen is flattened and tighter. Most of the stretch marks have been removed and the belly-button shape is improved. The patient is shown 6 months after surgery. |

| 38 year old female one and a half years after massive weight loss from gastric bypass surgery, requesting cosmetic improvement of the abdomen and breasts. The patient has significant excess skin of the abdominal wall and volume loss of the breast. She underwent full abdominoplasty and breast augmentation with lift. (see Mastopexy and Gastric Bypass) She is shown 2 months after surgery and is very happy with her result. |

| 39 year old requesting cosmetic improvement of excess abdominal skin with muscle laxity and hip and inner thigh fatty deposits. Patient underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening, liposuction of the hips and inner thighs. The patient also had a breast augmentation with lift (see Breast Augmentation). She has excellent improvement in abdominal contour, and abdominal wall muscles are more defined. The scar is well hidden in the panty line. She is shown 6 months after surgery and is quite pleased with results. |
