39 year old requesting breast augmentation and lift after two pregnancies with breast feeding. The patient has a significant tubular breast deformity. She underwent subglandular breast augmentation with a simultaneous vertical lift. She is shown 6 months after surgery.

29 year old female two years after massive weight loss from gastric bypass surgery, requesting cosmetic improvement of the breasts. The patient has significant volume loss and a loss of skin elasticity. Smooth, round saline filled submuscular implants were place in conjunction with a full breast lift. She is shown 5 months after surgery and is quite happy with her results.
