42 year old requesting rejuvenation of the upper face. She has significant flattening and drooping of the forehead and eyebrows, forehead and frown lines, and excess skin on the outer edges of the upper eyelids, and crow’s feet. She underwent endoscopic browlifting with corrugator muscle removal and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She has remarkable improvement of all areas of the upper face. The eyebrows are in excellent position. She has a smooth forehead without wrinkles, and the upper eyelids have a crisp youthful appearance. She is shown 4 months after surgery and is delighted with her results.
