Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy After Gastric Bypass Surgery

29 year old female two years after massive weight loss from gastric bypass surgery, requesting cosmetic improvement of the breasts. The patient has significant volume loss and a loss of skin elasticity. Smooth, round saline filled submuscular implants were place in conjunction with a full breast lift. She is shown 5 months after surgery and is quite happy with her results.

Abdominoplasty After Gastric Bypass Surgery

38 year old female one and a half years after massive weight loss from gastric bypass surgery, requesting cosmetic improvement of the abdomen and breasts. The patient has significant excess skin of the abdominal wall and volume loss of the breast. She underwent full abdominoplasty and breast augmentation with lift. She is shown 2 months after surgery and is very happy with her result.
