FACIAL REJUVENATION

Dr. Neil Zemmel concentrates his energies on developing and practicing new minimally invasive procedures.  These procedures are done through much smaller incisions than traditional facelifts.  Minimal incision surgery leads to rapid healing with down times of days instead of weeks, and patients experience minimal pain and bruising. Dr. Zemmel performs Endoscopic browlift and the “S-lift” and MACS-lift for many facial rejuvenation procedures.
During your initial consultation, Dr. Zemmel will careful listen to you and assess your goals for facial rejuvenation.  He tailors his surgical approach to meet all of your goals.  All procedures are performed as an outpatient under deep sedation without the need for general anesthesia.

1.         No general anesthesia

BREAST AUGMENTATION

Dr. Zemmel offers the latest procedures in breast augmentation.  Dr. Zemmel uses minimally invasive dual plane techniques that result in a natural feminine look with minimal down time, bruising, scaring, and discomfort.  Dr. Zemmel offers a full range of implants including moderate and high profile and silicone implants. During your initial consultation, Dr. Zemmel will careful listen to you and assess your goals in terms of size, shape, and symmetry.  He tailors his surgical approach to meet all of your goals. 

All procedures are performed as an outpatient under deep sedation without the need for general anesthesia.  Patients typically return to their jobs and moderate activity within 5 days.  Dr. Zemmel minimizes post operative discomfort with the On-Q pain pump.

What you should know about breast augmentation:

  • Breast augmentation surgery is about art and skill and experience.
  • There is not one "best choice" of implants, incisions, or implant placement.
  • The result is highly dependent on the skill of the surgeon.  You should question your surgeon’s credentials.  Make sure he or she is Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
