| 39 year old requesting cosmetic improvement of excess abdominal skin with muscle laxity and hip and inner thigh fatty deposits. Patient underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening, liposuction of the hips and inner thighs. The patient also had a breast augmentation with lift (see Breast Augmentation). She has excellent improvement in abdominal contour, and abdominal wall muscles are more defined. The scar is well hidden in the panty line. She is shown 6 months after surgery and is quite pleased with results. |

| 28 year old requesting evaluation of excess abdominal wall fat and treatment of "love handles." The patient underwent tumescent liposuction of the abdominal wall and flank area. He is shown 3 months after surgery and has significant improvement in the contour with increased muscle definition and reduction in the "love handles." He is very satisfied with his result. |
