56 year old requesting total face rejuvenation. The patient has significant crow's feet, excess skin and creases under lower eyelids, sagging of the cheek and jawline, and laxity of the neck. The patient received a full facelift, lower lid blepharoplasty, suture suspension of the cheek, and necklift with liposuction. The patient has improvement in all areas especially in the cheek and jowl areas. She is very satisfied with her results. Photos are shown 4 months after surgery.
